About Katie Page, AMFT
Welcome
Hi, I'm Katie, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and discover deeper self-understanding. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and more, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can feel heard and understood.
My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, and engaged. I welcome you wherever you are on your journey toward greater well-being. Using an eclectic counseling approach, I draw from various therapeutic methods that align with your unique preferences, values, and needs. I often incorporate attachment-based psychodynamic therapy as a foundation which helps us explore your lifelong emotional experiences and deeply rooted relational patterns. Additionally, I may integrate Humanistic Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS), both of which are non-pathologizing modalities that encourage change through collaborative curiosity, self-understanding, and compassionate attunement.
I work primarily with individual adults and teens, but my experience also includes supporting families, older adults, and couples. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take that step, I'm here to support you and encourage you to reach out.
